Criteria for Judging 

The logo design must:

i. Be in JPEG or PDF format and the design must be in Single Colour.
Should be simple and convey a happy and positive feel.
ii. Be appropriate for a  business setting 
iii. Be an original creation of the entrant 
iiii. Be easy to use, handle, and manipulate for purposes of high quality production for web, print, and other media or marketing and advertising mediums.
IV.The design must not include any defamatory, offensive or unlawful content.

How to Enter

Entries must be submitted by email to .
The email must include the name, age, postal address, phone number and email address of the entrant
ii. There is no fee to enter the contest. 
iii. We will attempt to acknowledge all entries within one week of receipt; however, we cannot be responsible for entries or responses lost in e-mail. 

Submission Guidelines 

i. Each person is permitted a maximum of two entries.
ii. Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to resize easily and to look good in black and white as well as color. 
iii. Entries may not include 3rd party stock photography or illustration. 
iiii. The entries must agree to abide by the rules and conditions established for the Grandmark Logo Competition and the submitted logo design(s) shouldnot include any copyright protected and royalty payable material and indemnify Grandmark for against any damages arising from such a breach. 

Ownership of Entries

 i. All entries and other materials submitted by entrants become the property of GoodkarmaFoundation upon submission.
ii. Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants acknowledge that they will not challenge GoodkarmaFoundation rights to use, modify and make derivative works of the Entry Materials, understanding that GoodkarmaFoundation will not separately compensate them or any other person or entity. 
iii. Goodkarma Foundation’s rights, with respects to entries, include, but are not limited to: (a) the exclusive right to use, publish, display or reproduce on products, packaging, advertising for purposes of trade and any other lawful purpose; (b) the exclusive right to alter, revise or change entries in any way; (c) the exclusive right to secure trademark and copyright registrations and other rights for entries anywhere throughout the world; (d) the exclusive right to license, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of entries or any of the said rights included therein for any purpose which GoodkarmaFoundation may see fit; and (e) any and all subsidiary rights to entries.

Other Legal Stuff

No donation necessary.
There will be only one grand prize winner for this contest.
All other entries (non grand prize winning) and entrants are not entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
The judging panel reserves the right to make the final selection of the winning design at its complete discretion.

The decision of the judging panel is final and not subject to review or appeal.
Winners may accept only the grand prize as stated in contest rules. No other substitutions allowed. Failure to comply with this provision will result in forfeiture of the grand prize by the winner.

The grand prize winner must agree to all terms and meet all requirements stated in these rules or forfeit the grand prize.
Goodkarma Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way.
By entering, the winning entrant agrees that their name(s) and photograph(s) may be used by Goodkarma Foundation for promotional purposes without further remuneration.
